It was her sharing about vehicle I was interested in that led me to an appointment with her on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 10 am. I traveled 1 1/2 hours for this meeting. Ms. Thaxton delivered everything she promised, stayed with me throughout the day. We went for a test drive of a Brilliant Silver 2018 Rogue. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was her that sold me on the vehicle. She took pics for me with MY Brillant Silver 2018 Rogue as I pulled away from Bob Richards. I was a proud owner of this vehicle. Thank you Elaine Thaxton. More

I felt comfortable that the staff was happy to see me and eager to make my purchase a success. We like a good price, quality product and a dealership with people that will stand behind what they sell . Also, employees that take pride with whom they work for speaks in high regard of the dealership. The Service Dept is wonderful but the service techs do not always complete the work as described. The Service Dept always follows up when they are aware of this happening. The detail car clean up was not satisfactory. More

The sales person did not tell my information about the tags. My son came and purchased a suv from this place and was under the impression that the purchase included tax, tag, and title fees . Even the lady at the DMV said that what normally happens is that the dealer pays the tags and then call the buyer so that they can pick up the tags. So that's why we turned in the tags for the car that he traded in. This was not the case. Now he has to let the car sit until he gets paid so that he can pay for the tags. That's false advertising and they need to take things that are not true off their website if it's not true. I was going to buy my wife a car from this dealership for mothers day. But now I am not because of e the bad experience with my son. More
