Superior Service and Human Being I traveled from Maryland for a vehicle that I found on their used lot -- through the internet. Nick was amazing to deal with on the phone, by email and in person. I found the vehicle on a Sunday and by Monday mid-morning was close to closing on an offer for my minivan purchase. Nick helped to connect me with the finance department and assured me that everything was in order with my offer -- and that the vehicle would be pulled off the lot and not sold (to anyone else) before I could get to South Carolina. Having done extensive looking but never having bought via the internet, I was impressed by how professionally and personally Nick eased my anxiety concerning the process. This was not a new process to him, and he shot straight concerning other interest that the vehicle from Georgia and Massachusetts. He suggested ways for me to fly to the area and that he could and would pick me up from a local airport. Despite my haste, he told me that I could schedule my visit for the next day. He picked me up in my minivan -- and I drove back to the dealership where the sale was completed. No hassle. Because my vehicle was a Chrysler hybrid, he even directed me to the Bob Richards Chrysler-dealership up the road, to make sure that the battery was charged. They helped me and checked the vehicle as well. Along the way, I learned that Nick was a NY native and that he had gotten saved, married, and led a marriage fellowship in an incredible church nearby. I look forward to visiting him and his family. If we decide to change vehicles in the future, if I have friends looking for vehicles, I will definitely point to Nick and recommend him to others. More
