On Saturday my wife turned her 2021 Nissan Altima off. On Sunday it wouldn’t start we called miracle Nissan to see when I could have it towed to their service department. They said we have 10 am appointment if you could have it towed. The car was picked up at 8:00 am it arrived at 8:30 pm. They called me at 9:00 am to inform me it would checked out let me know on Tuesday the car would be ready by 9:00 am the next day. Once I got there on Tuesday the service advisor told it under warranty still and told me our problem was a dead battery. We were gone by 9:14 am. The customer service was outstanding. More
