False Advertising Shopping for a new Nissan Frontier, the sales lady from Sunbelt told us they could beat Bob Richard's price or give us $1,000. Well after talking with Shopping for a new Nissan Frontier, the sales lady from Sunbelt told us they could beat Bob Richard's price or give us $1,000. Well after talking with Bob Richards, the sales lady,from Sunbelt Nissan, Christy Magno, assured us, the sales manager could beat Bob Richards price. We drove out there, low and behold, they couldn't beat the price (not even Bob Richard's starting price). Annoyed with wasting time and gas, I asked about the $1,000. I was informed by the sales person Jon, that the $1,000 never actually happens..it's just something to "get you in the door." The sales manager said, he "could" beat Bob Richards price..of course, but he won't, because it would be too low of a deal. So False Advertising and a SCAM, STAY AWAY. Drive over the river to Bob Richards. More
I had aftermarket Rotors and pads put on my car in Feb, 9 and on Mar 4 the Rotors had to be resurfaced and pads replaced. The service dept charged me nearly $300 dollars and refused to compensate me for putt and on Mar 4 the Rotors had to be resurfaced and pads replaced. I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Versa at Sunbelt Nissan. Donnie May, Sales Manager, was excellent to work with. He gave us all the options for financing and fought for the best rate available. She walked us through the entire dealership, introducing us to key people in every department. She explained "after purchase" servicing, and made us feel right at home. She also spent time entering our phone numbers into the car's Bluetooth System and preset our favorite radio stations, before we drove away in our new car. She left no stone unturned in making our buying experience the best ever. Just in case you're wondering, I have returned, after the purchase, to visit and Sherri still treated me as a friend and not a number. I would highly recommend her for your next purchase. We plan to purchase another car in the near future and there is no doubt as to "where" we will buy our next car. Sunbelt was a great example of how people want to be treated today. They want to feel that they are valued and not just another notch on a sales person's quota belt. If you feel the same way, Sherri is your Sales Associate. More
As a COSTCO member, this dealership was listed as a part of COSTCO's car purchase program. Having purchased a vehicle in the past through COSTCO, I was confident of a great deal. Never did I expect to hav of COSTCO's car purchase program. Having purchased a vehicle in the past through COSTCO, I was confident of a great deal. Never did I expect to have received a deal beyond my expectations. I researched on line many other dealerships only to find that SUNBELT NISSAN was by far the best dealership for pricing of their vehicles. I reserched FORD, CHEVY, GMC, TOYOTA, and DODGE trucks. The more I reserched into pricing a small truck, the more I was drawn back to SUNBELT NISSAN because of their phenominal pricing of their small trucks. I was so impressed with the deal I received that I walked out of this dealership in less than than two days with a brand new FRONTIER truck that I am going to present to a loved one as a CHRISTMAS present. These wonderful staff members even helped me out in arranging for this beautiful truck to be delivered to my home, with a CHRISTMAS bow, on CHRISTMAS day.
