I GOT THE KEYS! I want to preface my review by saying I did not have any intentions on purchasing a new vehicle. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I was greeted I want to preface my review by saying I did not have any intentions on purchasing a new vehicle. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I was greeted by Jordan Picado before I entered the very impressive facility. It was a very courteous gesture. Jordan was attentive, full of personality, and forthcoming. I was very satisfied with his ability to find a car that was truly fit for a young, spunky teacher that commutes to work. I had a great experience and needlessly to say I walked out with a new set of keys! I also enjoyed the follow up call! :-) Charles was expeditious and thorough with the finance paperwork. More

Oil change and tire rotation at 11,000 The service was fine. It wasn't until I got into my car that I became a little upset. My car was clean when it arrived, not when I left. My steering wheel had black marks on it where the service person left their hand prints and also on my passenger side seat. The outside driverside door also had black hand/finger prints. Very noticeable as the car is white. I believe that this could have been wiped clean with little effort. In addition, the tires were rotated but apparently nitrogen not added. My psi readings are different and should all read the same if they paid attention to this when they were rotated. More
