I have seen his continuous mastering of how to improve his customer service with customer. This past weekend, I experience an evolved and new improved Jason Hutto - he was a stellar service advisor. As I mentioned in my previous survey, if I continue to see improvement like this on the service side of Nissan of Augusta, I would continue to have my vehicle serviced there. Kudos to the Service Manager - they are certainly making it happen. More
