Lisa, your service manager, has my name, address and phone number regarding this. The day I left her office( February 11, 2020) she had the invoice where I paid for this service with all of my contact information. And as I said earlier, was promised to see a refund. I tried NUMEROUS times to contact her to no avail. As I said before... I've been lied to, taken advantage of, and been witness to worse customer service in my entire life.
