I’d give my experience a 3.5-4 stars. The customer service was great and I really appreciated the shuttle service (Princess was Awesome) but what I thought would be a 6-7 hour service turned into over service was great and I really appreciated the shuttle service (Princess was Awesome) but what I thought would be a 6-7 hour service turned into over 36hrs. I had to reschedule an important business mtg because of the delay. More
