Great buying experience! I started looking for a vehicle to replace one that was totaled a few weeks ago. I looked online this morning and went to Bob Richards dealership to look at a Journey, not really expecting to buy one today. Everyone at the dealership, Lamar, Wayne, Dell and others were very friendly and didn't pressure me. They listened to what I wanted and answered my questions. After looking at the vehicle, they gave me such a great deal, I ended up buying it today! Very pleasant car buying experience! Lamar even followed me and drove the car home for me so I wouldn't have to make another trip. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend these people! More

Great experience. Very fast service. I spoke with Lamar Johnson at first on the phone. He was very nice. When we met he showed us the car I was interested in. After my family and I decide I spoke with Lamar Johnson at first on the phone. He was very nice. When we met he showed us the car I was interested in. After my family and I decided it wasn't right for us, the manager and Lamar helped us find a car to fit our needs. He showed us some other options, but found a car that just arrived. We decided to get it and they got it all fixed up for us! I went through 5 other dealerships and none of them were as nice and as helpful as Bob Richards. Overall best experience at a dealership thus far especially for my first purchase of a vehicle. More
