I purchased my truck from here the sale went smooth no problems, but after the sale they could care less about you. My key fob barely worked it took 3 trips to get them to order another and then when they said they had ordered it, oops nope didn't order it so it took another 4 days. Was told I could put a leveling kit on the truck but this was also wrong when they went to do the work the mechanic informed me it was not possible. You are a dodge dealership, how do you sell these trucks and not know what you can and cannot do. So this was another 2 hours I had to sit and wait to talk to management to get my money back. Come to find out the whole time we were sitting in the show room no one asked us if we needed help or why we were there and the manager was sitting at the front desk the whole time. He had been informed that we were there to talk to him. So finally we just go up to him and he didn't seem to care we had been sitting for 2 hours when it was something he could have taken care of in 10 mins if he had acknowledged us to begin with. I had to miss 3 hours of work to come sit there and deal with this mess and atleast 4 hours another day when trying to get the key fob straight so I could actually use my truck. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here and I will be telling every person I can possibly reach out to not to shop here unless you want a very big headache and to be treated like you are their last priority. Also it is pretty sorry days after my vehicle was purchased my salesman didn't work there anymore so I had no one to follow up with and their was zero communication no one knew what was going on. After all this stress and headache I really hope I don't have to step foot back on this property and will be finding another dodge dealership for all my work and maintenance in the future More

I would be doing a disservice to Bob Richard's if I did not mention that the price I paid to what the vehicle was listed was at an INSANELY discounted deal. I honestly felt bad at one point as if I was under paying for what I received. (Lol not bad enough though to volunteer more money). I love my new car and couldn't thank Lamar and all staff that made this deal possible.
