Sales staff was nice professional and worked hard to get me a good deal. How ever the vehicle i purchased was a dealer demo and has some miles on it which is fine but they did not even rotate the tires or c me a good deal. They did correct this free of charge just feel like it should be noted in this review. Also be aware that if you are buying a new vehicle from this dealer they do lojac tracking,nitrogen in the tires and ceramic coating on all new vehicles you will pay for it regardless if you wanted it or not. They did help me on the cost of it as I didn't want those options but was already done to my new jeep. All in all not the worst dealership experience I have had but not the best. Arrived on the last day of a 3 year warranty with slightly over 28k miles. I originally asked for an oil change and it was suggested that I go with services recommended for 30k miles. I asked what the cost and time expected to complete the work would be. I was told about 1 1/2 hours and was not given any pricing, which to my regret I did not pursue further. I was asked about cabin and air filters during the service to which I agreed. After 2 1/2 hours I was given a bill for over $830.00 dollars. I accept responsibility for not pushing harder about what all of the estimated costs would be; eg: $55.95 parts and labor to replace the engine air filter and $73.50 for parts and labor to replace the cabin air filter. I do think out of courtesy, I should have been informed about related costs. I was told a brake fluid exchange service was part of the factory recommended service (turns out the recommendation is only to inspect the brake system for any issues. That was an additional $189.95 in parts and labor. There were other misc. charges including document storage, environmental fees, and shop supplies. I am in the market for another vehicle soon, but can not in good conscience recommended Gallatin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for either a vehicle purchase or service work. More
