They were all very nice and courteous, especially Matt Pruitt. The process always takes too long to purchase a new vehicle even when everything was set up in advance. Very disappointed that i would be charged a 4% fee if using my credit card for a downpayment. When spending 65000 dollars already, and giving them a substantial downpayment, they should not charge me that cost. More

My son’s truck died on the side of the road and we took it to a local mechanic who told us it was going to cost us thousands of dollars to get it repaired. We had it towed to Gallatin Chrysler Dodge Jeep it to a local mechanic who told us it was going to cost us thousands of dollars to get it repaired. We had it towed to Gallatin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a second opinion and it ended up needing to just be reprogrammed from having a recent alternator put in costing us a few hundred dollars. The customer service and follow up was excellent by the service team! More

I had to wait Al lost 4 hours for an oil change, the guy that was there was very overwhelmed because the call center had scheduled too many appointments at the same time. Never paid that much for an oil change anywhere.
