I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The team at Kutztown is honest, knowledge and courteous. Working with Marc Konchinsky to buy my new truck was the best buying experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. Marc took care of everything and all I had to do was pick up the truck. Everything was prepared and waiting for us when we got there. So thank you Marc and thank you Miracle Kutztown for making this a great buying experience! More

Worst repair service dept there is. Misdiagnosed my engine.tried to scam the warrenty co ..then tried to scam me after they could not prove to the warrenty co the part was broken,becaus Misdiagnosed my engine.tried to scam the warrenty co ..then tried to scam me after they could not prove to the warrenty co the part was broken,because it wasnt!! Now my motor is in the bed of my truck cause I wouls not pay to put it together with the same problem it had when it was taken there. Now they voided my warrenty on my motor and I am making truck payments for the next 2 yrs on a vehicle with no motor. More

Properly named business! It’s a Miracle they are still in business!!! My friend DROVE their vehicle there for warranty service and now has to TOW the same vehicle back him wi It’s a Miracle they are still in business!!! Took my truck in to be diagnosed which the mechanics misdiagnosed it ripped my engine apart only to find out the warranty co did not find anything wrong with the part so I had to tow my truck away with misdiagnosed it ripped my engine apart only to find out the warranty co did not find anything wrong with the part so I had to tow my truck away with the engine ripped apart in the bed of my truck.. I would never trust this place again to work on anything..I am making payments on a truck that has no engine in cause they wanted 10000 to replace it trying to scam the warrenty co then me. More

Truck was in for service. I complained about the last service and how they did not grease any of the grease fittings. The service advisor made a note to grease the fittings. It seems to take some time to get an appointment if you want to wait for your car. Which is what I have to do because of the distance I am from the dealership. I wanted my car inspected and was the second want to wait for your car. Which is what I have to do because of the distance I am from the dealership. I wanted my car inspected and was the second person in the dealership in the morning. It seems to take a long time to have things done when waiting. I always ask to have my car wash. But most of the time there is always some excuse. This time they said it was washed but you could not tell that because it still was dirty. I have had other dealerships wash your car anytime you brought it in without any issues. Stuff is usually friendly. More
