Great Service on Short Notice We are from Maine and were driving home when we got a message that there was a fuel system malfunction. The tank indicated empty and we had 0 miles. I called my dealer in Maine but they were clueless so I drove to Minuteman which was 3 miles away. I walked in for the first time ever, told a service guy what happened and that we were about 2.5 hours from home. They were amazing, and started to work on it immediately. Lucky the actual issue wasn't as big a deal as the warning light seemed to imply and it was. The service department understood I needed help and jumped right on it even though I wasn't a customer. They returned the car washed and vacuumed. I am so impressed by the level of service and the care and consideration. More

Noticed a couple minor cosmetic blemishes that Derek (head of service) completely addressed. Keep in mind this was a used vehicle, but they wanted to provide in top condition. Looked brand new when we picked it up. Regarding Sales, Tim Bishop is your man. Knows his vehicles, gives you all the time and attention necessary.
