Today marks 1 month since I bought my “new to me” 2018 VW Tiguan SE. I must say, I really do like this vehicle. In fact, I love it. It’s roomy, has some great thought out features and it is solid. But I wanted to give a shout out to Minuteman Volkswagen in Bedford. We all probably know the dread of having to negotiate with dealerships. In my 40 years of buying cars, there isn’t one dealer I could rave about until now. Minuteman VW is different. With Grateful Dead music looping in the background, the atmosphere is low key and laid back. My salesman, Anthony, was fun and incredible to work with. And since the sale, the dealership has followed up with me numerous times to make sure I was happy and my expectations were met. Today, I took it in for some minor warranty work and they treated me like they did first day I stepped into the dealership - with kindness, courtesy and respect. The sales, finance, service and parts department personnel are stellar. Anthony, John, Timmy, Christian and the rest of the team, thank you. You know I will be back to hang out with you all! More
