With Eric, the process of ending my lease and getting into the car I wanted was so easy and fast I almost couldn't believe it. I will absolutely work with him again when my lease ends! As for the dealership, I love the atmosphere and the people. Everyone is so friendly, they make you feel right at home. It doesn't feel sterile or like a museum like many of the bigger dealerships do. We came to Minuteman because we were looking for a manual transmission for a new Golf and they had what we were looking for. Tim was very knowledgeable, especially about the mechanics of the clutch. He appreciated our belief that gas-powered cars should *always* have three pedals :) 3. He has been with VW for a long time and knows everything (in addition to the clutches & transmissions) about these cars! Every question we had, he answered with clear explanations. 4. Everything we needed for us to make the purchase was provided by Tim. 5. Finally, he gave us a great test drive route with back road and highway driving to really test the car. Friendly and professional dealer staffed with helpful sales and tech people. Purchased a new left-over 2020 VW JETTA and I'm very happy with my purchase. Was a problem with a stone pebble stuck in the brake rotor but the folks at Minuteman fixed it right away. They ordered VW parts and the service manager was great in replacing the damaged part ASAP. Car runs great and I'm very happy with the price, service and follow-up with Minuteman. If your in the market for a German engineered car these folks are a great dealer and resource. More
