Outstanding salesman Tim sold us an 2022 VW GTI and an 2022 VW Atlas within the same week! We are the type of consumers who asked a ton of questions and he was quick to answer them all! Tim was the type of salesman everyone wants, he didn’t push us to purchase and only cared whether we were happy or not. When it came to finalizing our purchase, the finance guru, John, was there to help seal the deal! John took the time to go through maintenance packages that were available. We ran into some issues being out of state residents and all the grievances we had with that issue, John took care of himself and did what needed to be done! In the last 8 years, we have purchased 4 VW vehicles and have never been disappointed in the quality of this company. In the last 2 1/2 years, being stationed In Massachusetts, we have used Minuteman Volkswagen for our service needs. Their service department is outstanding! Our service specialist is the amazing Patrick who goes out of his way to make sure my needs are taken care of. He’s always friendly; which if you are bringing your car in for service it can be stressful and all you want is someone to greet you with a happy face. After 60 mile service done on my vehicle I left the dealership just to find out that coolant was leaking and had to tow my vehicle from the road for repair. Before I left dealership techs were fillin dealership just to find out that coolant was leaking and had to tow my vehicle from the road for repair.
