Service personnel were very friendly, and their schedule was very flexible. The drop off and pick up service was also very helpful. The only minor grievance I had was that I had to readjust my mirrors :) was very flexible. The drop off and pick up service was also very helpful. Traed in a great car, got a greater car. Transaction was fast and friendly. Every employee was smiling and happy and never presumtuous like some VW dealers Ive delt with in the past. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Derek was incredibly helpful in explaining what needed to be done, keeping me informed throughout the process, and in general just providi received. I did not interact with too many other employees direclty, but everyone was friendly and helpful and the car looks great. Great customer service. Was upfront about the work to be performed and why. Was pleased that only the required work was done and there was no feeling of being pressured into 'preventative' or extra work. performed and why. Came in to see a 2012 Jetta GLI I found on your wed site. Ann contacted me about setting me up to test drive the car. She set up a time that was good for me , she was extremely friendly on the phone and sh Ann contacted me about setting me up to test drive the car. She set up a time that was good for me , she was extremely friendly on the phone and she followed up the day before the appointment and was always extremely courteous. When I arrived at the dealership they set me up with Sammy to show me the car. Sammie was extremely friendly and helpful, we test drove the GLI and another car I wanted to look at. I decided to go with the GLI and Sammy sat down with my wife and I to try to come to a deal. Sammie explained everything we wanted to know. Over all this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. I would highly recommend to anyone who ask that when there shopping for a new car that they go to Minuteman VW. More

Jennifer Long was completely upfront about the price of my new car and gave me a good price. Eric was kind, knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. He even followed up after purchasing the vehicle. Juan Banos the general manager was great and gave me a fair deal on my trade. Shirley filled in while Eric was out on the day I picked up the car and was so helpful with the paperwork. I am so lucky to have found this dealership. I went to TWO other VW's (Medford & Wellesley) and they over quoted me on a new car and underoffered on a trade. They also were incredibly rude and aggressive. Please go to this dealership. I LOVE my new Beetle Converitble so very much!! More
