I've taken every VW that I've ever owned to MMVW for their consistently trustworthy servicing; that's over 40 years. The service reps are all great, but the person who has been helping me for that last their consistently trustworthy servicing; that's over 40 years. The service reps are all great, but the person who has been helping me for that last year or so, Patrick Ullman, has been particularly attentive and helpful as I dealt with a lot of problems in my 20 year old Golf. When that car suddenly became undriveable he introduced me to Product Specialist Tim Bishop who spent hours with me finding a replacement. The only used Golf that was available was a GTI - which I thought was far too high-tech for me. But with his guidance and coaching I'm learning to operate it and am confident will eventually enjoy doing so. The purchasing experience was amazingly stressless thanks to all the staff, especially John in the purchasing department. The entire dealership treated me with kindness and concern during this very traumatic time. More

Maybe this happens to other buyers, but I had my VW Golf Sportwagen in for some light warranty service and they gave me a loaner while waiting for parts. Well, after a few days driving the 2022 Tiguan, I wa Sportwagen in for some light warranty service and they gave me a loaner while waiting for parts. Well, after a few days driving the 2022 Tiguan, I was like, "Why don't I just buy this car and trade-in my wagon?" Fast forward, and I mean really fast, Tim Bishop and the team made me a really great offer on a 2023 Tiguan SE on their lot. They explained the ins and outs and delays associated with searching for different colors and trims, but never applied too much pressure. And each question I had, even though they may have been asked a hundred times before was answered sincerely. It certainly helps that the Tiguan is an awesome car, but the team at Minuteman made my decision sooo easy. Now I need VW to build me a pickup truck. :) More
