It was not obvious to me what was caus For the past few weeks, I've noticed an intermittent metal-on-metal whine whenever my 2002 Jetta is in motion. It was not obvious to me what was causing the problem. I called Derek to see if I could stop by the dealership and have a mechanic attempt a diagnosis. He put me in touch with Jon, who arranged for Gregorio to take a test drive of the car. Gregorio was quick to locate the problem in one or two brake calipers that were not releasing fully after use, thus maintaining contact with the brake surface and emitting the whine. The problem was promptly and efficiently fixed at minimal cost to me. I am grateful for the fast, attentive service I received at Minuteman from start to finish. More

When I walked in I was greeted by Jamie and he introduced me to Dima Saade who was extremely polite and helpful. Dima right away was friendly and treated me like any other person coming in. They offered me a very fair price for my trade; being my first car that I purchase myself and past experience with other dealers not taking me serious. We were able to agree on a price and when it came time to pick up the car Dima had everything ready for me and went over all the features with me. More
