I still can't believe I actually enjoyed a car purchase. They had the car I was searching for (standard transmission, which another dealer recently told me "just didn't exist - no such animal" and at an extremely fair price. There was no pressure, no hassles. I can't say enough about my salesperson, Dima. She was wonderful - knowledgeable, accommodating and fun. After having horrendous experiences at other VW dealers, I was ready for more of the same. I was completely shocked to find myself smiling throughout the entire experience! She's funny, knowledgeable and good-hearted. She worked with me to find the right car for me and helped me to get the best deal possible. She even gave me a refresher course on how to drive standard! Everyone that I talked to there was so helpful, and took care of everything. It was so simple. I walked in on Sunday and drove my new car out on Tuesday. The cars are very reasonably priced, and the sales reps are not allowed to negotiate, which I like. There are massage chairs and free coffee and tea too! More

After visiting another dealer, we asked them to match Minuteman's price they were advertising on their website. This dealer could not, and was about $2K higher. We then called Minuteman and questioned the price on the website. They told us there was no smoke and mirrors, the price being advertised was the price. When we got to the dealer, every thing went smoothly and got the deal wrapped up in no time. When we picked the car up, Shirley spent about an hour going through the features with us which was super helpful. I highly recommend both Shirley and Minuteman VW! More
