Super Service Again! I have been servicing my 2003 Jetta 1.8T since I purchased it at Minuteman VW in 2002. I have ALWAYS serviced it there as well. Derek has been my trus I have been servicing my 2003 Jetta 1.8T since I purchased it at Minuteman VW in 2002. I have ALWAYS serviced it there as well. Derek has been my trusted service rep for years and today was no different. I was only there for an oil change but was treated as though I was a long lost friend from the minute I arrived at the dealership. He immediately checked to make sure my car was brought right in, and after a short time, came to get me to discuss the charges. We spent a few minutes chatting and then I was on my way in a warmed up, washed car. The finance manager was a little shady & when we were discussing financing he tried pulling a few "fast ones" that we caught. Other than that...would not hesitate to recommend them. Also as a side note the service department was extremely friendly & had no issue with us having the vehicle put on the lift for us to look at underneath. More
