Most of these dealers, did not have the specs for the car we wanted or if they did either refused to talk to us or were blatantly unprofessional. This was in complete contrast to Minuteman Volkswagen in Bedford, where Jennifer Long, patiently responded to my emails and when we went over to chat introduced us to Eric Kaminski. Eric was terrific! He too carefully listened to what we had to say, was attentive and understanding and took the time to talk over every detail. He also took the trouble to go through a dealer swap to procure the specs of the exact car we wanted. We walked out the dealership really happy about our shiny new Golf! Minuteman to the Rescue...yet again! We recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagon Golf, Drivers Edition. The car was in "mint condition" and the entire staff was friendly and honest with us.
