Not distinguished different Initial factory defect taillights were replaced as promised. Aftermarket experience good. We paid top $ for vehicle but got sub-par delivery and sale Initial factory defect taillights were replaced as promised. Aftermarket experience good. We paid top $ for vehicle but got sub-par delivery and salesman follow through as one item ( scratch/mark in rear passenger door) was noticed in showroom that was to be repaired before delivery. Delivery was to be during daytime hours to accommodate our schedules since we go to work at 4am. Delivery instead was re scheduled at 7pm evening prior informing us vehicle would be here 9-9:30 pm. I agreed but also mentioned we are up at 3 am getting ready for work and wasn’t completely OK with staying up for delivery. 10 pm, no vehicle...called salesman, no reply. 10:08 texted salesman...replied at 10:10 “ten minutes out” 10:20 PM vehicle delivered. I’m tired and cranky now and salesman is showing me autostart fobs. I tried to inspect vehicle with flashlight to see if tail lights were replaced and noticed door scratch/rub mark had not been fixed as promised. I pointed this out to salesman and his comment was “I totally spaced it out”. I’ll call my manager in the morning and let them know....it’s been over a week now...crickets! I’m on my own I guess. Next time we’ll try Harr Motor’s or Cedric Thiels...they just didn’t have the color we wanted. Sometimes the biggest differences are in the smallest details guys! Don’t call me or contact me on this, I’ve taken care of it on my own. More

This was tremendous since we knew what we wanted and they arranged for it to happen. Vehicle brand was not a choice below, but it was a Toyota. More
