i would not purchase another vehicle from MTH. I do like the F150 I purchased. It was like new with only 26K miles. The salesman I worked with was pleasant. Two things I would caution.. The highlighted price for their vichiles is only if you finance through their finance company. It does say there is a $,1000.00 financing bonus but that is off the non-highlighted price. If wanted to pay cash they would have added $1,000.00 to the purchase price. Normally dealers discount for cash not increase the price. Make sure the vehicle is complete. Ask questions. Don't assume anything. After completing the sale and as I was walking out of the dealership I ask where is the other key fab. My vehicle has push to start so a key fab is needed. His reply was that there is only one with this vehicle. I have never purchased a vehicle where it would come with at least two keys. I went in the next day and complained and ask them to get me another fab. By that time I has found out from Ford that the fab has to be programed by them and the price was $350.00 plus tax, Ford strongly suggest not to buy a cheap after market fab as the many times will not program. The saleman said this problem has happen before and I need to talk to a manager who was not in at the time. I called in the next morning and talked to the manager who quickly said it not his problem and would NOT get me a second key fab. The sale is final... For these two reasons I would caution anyone who is thinking of working with MTH. The operation to me seems a little shady... More
I came into this deal pleasantly surprised with the hospitality and friendliness that Ryan Allen (Salesman), Jake (Sales Manager), and Jorge Torres (Finance Manager) exhibited with my wife and I. I walked into MTH knowing its previous reputation and with 3 Kelly Blue Book print outs in hand. Ready to battle the Gods for the mini-van my wife so desperately needed…. wanted. The trade in value for my vehicle was on POINT, and even then some. They do reference Kelly Blue Book for appraisals. Ryan was very patient as my wife and I looked at a couple different Mini Vans so we knew we picked the perfect vessel to deliver our two Ewoks in. Ultimately we landed on a Van that, after test driving, identified a bearing and tires were worn down a little bit. They promised to replace these without any issues, and they truly did! They worked with our budget with candor and found a solution with our unicorn expectations that are forced by are ever so thriving economy. I was very pleased, my wife is very happy, and she is very comfortable in the sweats that MTH offers from an assortment of different apparel that MTH gifts 2 of to any purchasing customer. I will return for future business here, and I blown away by how MTH has rose from their previous reputation. Thanks all! More
We bought a Ford focus from MTH last week on Black Friday. It was a cheaper a car because we put a lot of miles on our vehicles but our sales rep Jamie treated us like we were buying the most expensiv Friday. He made sure we were taken care of the whole time and showed us all of the amenities. He even bought our daughter some chips with his own money when she started getting antsy. More
