I have the usual apprehension about dealerships such as charging twice as much compared to other authorized repair shops. Jeremy was understanding from my point of view, e.g. the very low dam below front bumper of wife's Cooper S Roadster had been peeled back but snapped back into place. I asked if there was chance a clip one cannot see had been broken that needed replacing. Jeremy phoned after mechanic had looked at it. I am laughing as I type. The mechanic said the cost to repair what was no observable damage except scratches on the rubber dam is over $600! The mechanic's solution to get rid of scratches on the dam was to replace the dam and the front bumper. I am still laughing. Jeremy looked at it, phoned back and said, yep, nothing but scratches on rubber dam. Don More
Service Advisors aren’t allowed to do the right thing The mechanics for the most part are knowledgeable. The service advisors are rude and unhelpful. If you have an issue and complain, after not being helped they will write you off and you are not allowed to have your car serviced there any longer. Closest dealer is in Las Vegas. Selling my car just because of the service department. It was that bad of an experience with the three front desk service agents. More

Mini of Murray Took my car into Mini of Murray as something was extremely wrong with it, typically I have to wait around a week to fit into their schedule but this t Took my car into Mini of Murray as something was extremely wrong with it, typically I have to wait around a week to fit into their schedule but this time they let me bring the car in right then which was really nice and helpful. After receiving our diagnosis we had some miscommunication which caused me to take my car elsewhere as I was very frustrated. After taking my car somewhere else, Dustin by phone and Levi by email contacted me and worked with me to fix my problems and understand my frustrations. Overall it started as a not so great experience and ended with Dustin making it a better one. More

I used them to get a pre sale certification so I could sell my current Mini Copper they listed all the things that they didn't fix when they sold it to me. Assuring me it was not a problem when they wanted the sell. Weird. Once I sell my mini that I love and upgrade to a new one I will definitely NOT be going here to purchase my new one. I will find a honest dealer that will sell me one with the same standards and treat me the way that proves they want a lifetime customer. Can't wait to get my next upgrade not at MIni of Murray. More

We were a group of 3 people (My aunt Dear Mr. Coles, I'm writing to thank you for your kind help regarding the repair work of BMW 435i recently. We were a group of 3 people (My aunt, uncle and I) who visited Salt Lake City on Sept 23, coming a long way from Vancouver, BC. It's the first time for us to drive ourselves in the States to have sightseeing, and BMW 435i is the only mode of transport we could rely on this time. Unfortunately, My aunt, who was the driver at that time, hit the curb in front of our hotel which is Fairfield Inn & Suites Salt Lake City South, located on 594 West 4500 South, leading to the damage of one of the rims on the back left wheel around 6pm. We felt kind of helpless given the rainy weather and unfamiliar environment at that moment. We decided to find a BMW Store so that we may get sort of professional repair services. Luckily, We realized that there is one BMW store which is not too far from our place. However, we were so disappointed when we were told that the business of BMW parts department were already off when reaching the store. At that very desperate moment, I believe that you were learning about our embarassing situation through your colleague and then you offered to walk out of your office to give us a hand, trying to help us inspect the condition of our vehicle. We were so moved to receive your passionate help given the fact that your professional talk as well as your customer service-oriented attitude deeply impressed us during the inspecting process. We have just arrived in Vancouver safely last night thanks to your inspection, and we really couldn't have a safe journey without your generosity. Your "American spirit" really means a lot to foreign visitors like us. Thank you very much again. I hope that everything goes well with your future business and I wish the future prosperity of MINI in Murray! Welcome to Vancouver! The first time I dealt with Logan was about 3-4 weeks for a brake light indicator service on my 2013 2 dr. hardtop I purchased from Mini of El Cerrito The first time I dealt with Logan was about 3-4 weeks for a brake light indicator service on my 2013 2 dr. hardtop I purchased from Mini of El Cerrito Ca. My Mini only had about 21,000 miles on it. Logan treated so well that, driving the loaner to my Midway home I thought, why not check Mini of Murray's inventory and see if they have a loaner in stock since this is how I buy. After checking, I called Mini of Murray and was connected with JoAnna. I could not have been happier finding the most professional, courteous Client Adviser. The service I got from Logan and JoAnn ended in me owning a 2015 2dr. Hardtop. Thanks to all. More

My Mini would not start needed a diagnostic test We were completely ignored for several minutes when we entered the service area until i finally walked up closer face to face. Other than they didn't know what was wrong, computer was wrong one for the car, needed a new one (1,500.00) I am the only the 2nd owner and have had the car for 8 years, no way the computer had ever been taken out, unless Mini dealership did it. The battery worked when we towed it down. Now they said it was ruined and needed replaced (300.00). Everytime they touched it another fee. We said we didn't want the battery because it didn't run anyway and we would not pay such an outrageous fee. They would charge us 40.00 to take it back out! So my husband took it out, 5min. We towed it back to our city, we didn't trust this dealership, and we had been treated very rudely. Service techs stood around and watched making rude comments about us as my husband and son-in-law tried to load it on a tow dolly. One man finally came over to help. We ha dto pay almost 400.00 for nothing and treated worse than we have ever been treated. I have loved my Mini, but such a bad experience I will never buy another. We are 300 miles from a dealer and Mini makes it so no one can/or will work on them. ( As a follow up: we were able to go elswhere and get it fixed for $300, without the rudeness.) Linda More
