In hindsight, what they don't tell you is that it may take two days to get your tires replaced if you want them to cover the cost of those expensive tires which are not durable. One of the tires I submitted a claim for was actually ripping apart on the side wall (which the service person said was common). More

Price changes for vehicles? For the last few weeks I have been following the price of a vehicle that is posted online from this dealership. Specifially, a BMW 328i Xdrive ( stock For the last few weeks I have been following the price of a vehicle that is posted online from this dealership. Specifially, a BMW 328i Xdrive ( stock # IP8782). The first time I saw it, the price was $19,977. It went down to $18,977, $18,777, and finally $18,477. A week or so later, the price went up to $21,477. It then went down to $18,777, and then back up to where it is now, $20,XXX. If you ask me, this is very sketchy, and makes me lose trust in the integrity of this dealership. Very nice car, but only worry around $17,500 according to KBB. I could purchase this car any day I want to, but chose not to because of this, and there being a lot of hidden fees associated with purchasing a vehicle. They stayed a MANDATROY, $199 etching fee, $99 fee for detail and gas, $450 doc fee, $850 used car prep fee. Like stated before, this dealer seems very sneaky. More

After finally making a selection and negotiating a price, their real games began. Retail order had over $1150 of bogus charges. Car wash-$95.00, Window etching- $199.00, then $850.00- Car delivery fee. We walked out because they refused to delete any of those. More
