MINI of Loveland is quite lovely! I was in the market to trade in my car. T suggested a lovely 2019 hardtop on the lot and i fell in love with it as soon as i sat in the car! I didn't feel any pressure to purchase right away, so a couple days later i was back for a second test drive and decided to go for it! Scott was very friendly as he was evaluating my car for trade in and CJ was wonderful at explaining all the financial things. Overall it felt like a family as everyone worked together and i drove away happy in my new 2019 Hardtop. Erin More
Service is a joke Really thought I was a valued customer. Bought my new Mini cooper there. 3 rd oil change, turned into a 6hr wait for uncompleted work. Not doing what I asked even when I'm paying for it, and to top off my visit service personal smoked in my car. I just had a new car seat installed now smells like cigarettes. Had to take my car to a professional cleaner. Really disgusted with this, I would rather pay for the oil changes in my new car to someone else who wont at least smoke in my car. More
Wonderful Experience i had searched the country over with TrueCar looking for a low mileage 2018 Mini Countryman All4 S 2L with a manual transmission. they are few and far i had searched the country over with TrueCar looking for a low mileage 2018 Mini Countryman All4 S 2L with a manual transmission. they are few and far between. i finally found the perfect fit at Mini of Loveland and clicked the "buy" button. i live in KY, so instead of paying the $950 transport fee, the wife and i decided to fly out on SWA (on points) and drove it back over last weekend. the crew there at Mini are excellent and VERY friendly. the paperwork was all done before we arrived and the car was all covered and wrapped like a present waiting for us. Shawn handed us the keys and Gene gave us a technology tour and we were off. we couldn't be happier with the whole transaction! More

Great service, too fast! I had my car serviced after the airbag/seatbelt malfunctioned due to faulty wiring while my engine was nos operating well 100% of the time. Problems fixed... and I wish they wouldn’t have been so fast to service my car because I was getting used to their sweet loaner! More
A Pleasant Car Buying Experience We went to Mini of Loveland looking for a Mini Convertible. This would be our third convertible but we were not familiar with Minis. "T", our salesp We went to Mini of Loveland looking for a Mini Convertible. This would be our third convertible but we were not familiar with Minis. "T", our salesperson was very helpful and clearly experienced with Minis. I asked detailed questions about engines, drive train and suspension and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. We drove several different trim levels and chose the vehicle that best suited our needs. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. Everyone we were in contact with were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Mini brand. Once our decision to purchase was made, negations went smoothly and the remaining "paperwork" was processed very quickly. The dealership was very clean and tidy without excessive clutter. We would especially like to thank our salesperson "T" for being so helpful throughout the process. More
used Mini I recently purchased a late model ,used Mini from Mini of Loveland. I had looked at and driven several Countryman as well as pouring over many Carfax I recently purchased a late model ,used Mini from Mini of Loveland. I had looked at and driven several Countryman as well as pouring over many Carfax reports. I located a car that fit all of our criteria regarding color,features ,etc in Loveland (we are from out of state).. I called and visited with Bo Penney, General Manager,and worked out a deal pending final inspection and test drive and set up a time to meet sales associate Shawn Eppel the following Monday about noon. Due to a change of logistics I showed up at the dealership unannounced 3 hours early as it opened on Monday morning. I was greeted warmly by Bo and introduced to Shawn. They scrambled around a bit and got the car ready and Shawn took all of the time to test drive and show me many features of the car. The employees I dealt with seemed patient and positive . Overall my initial sales experience was very positive and on that I would recommend checking them out More
Service I love mini Loveland but very pricey for oil change. I also needed a new windshield but they wanted to charge me 900.00 OMG!!! 400.00-600.00 over pric I love mini Loveland but very pricey for oil change. Terrible I have never had such a bad experience so disappointed. I took my car in and they kept it over a month never gave me any option but to fix it but they I have never had such a bad experience so disappointed. I took my car in and they kept it over a month never gave me any option but to fix it but they couldn’t even fix it. Finally went it and tried to get options because I was without a vehicle. Sales helped until service the day of me signing the rest of my paperwork, decided to spring a huge bill but also the amount changed everytime they said it. I tried to work it out because the sales rep Jordan took a deposit for the new mini and I signed some of the papers. Jordan was and still is great. But Dave, the GM in sales, and Ben, and Jody in service are not helpful and service argued with me and kept telling me I needed to pay. But don’t worry I went to schomp and they paid my service bill AND gave me more trade in value for my old car and got me in my new beautiful mini the next day of talking to them. More
