I elected to leave as is and towed vehicle home. I wish that there were more options. The dealership was kind when they broke the bad news to me. More

We test drove every single model in order to decide which one we wanted -- and then he meticulously walked us through the ordering process to special order exactly the configuration we chose. Then we changed our mind about a couple of options right after the order was placed and he was happy to take care of it. He kept us updated as the vehicle was manufactured and shipped, and was very flexible about our crazy schedules as we had to make plans to pick it up from a distance (we live in Cheyenne). They did a great reveal for us, removing the cover with a flourish, and then spent a TON of time with us explaining all the complicated options, etc. we had selected. We brought our own financing, and though we were offered lots of aftermarket options, it was not a hard sell when we chose to decline them. So the process was quick and painless, and we were out the door with a nice little parting gift. Great experience all around! :) More

My buying experience at Mini of Loveland was 5 Stars! I seen an Ford F-250 on their lot that caught my eye. I asked if I could look at it and test drive it. I returned to Mini of Loveland and there was no pressure on me purchasing the vehicle what so ever. I stated I wanted to purchase the vehicle and had my deal set in less than a half hour. It was late on Saturday evening and I picked my truck up on Monday. The truck was immaculately detailed and the tank topped off. Overall I would say I was in the dealership around an hour to get my deal set and my paperwork signed. I don’t know how many experiences I’ve had at a car dealership that went so smoothly and quickly.
