What a nice experience! We bought a 2015 Nissan Juke for our 18 year old son. The car was as exactly as advertised and the customer service was top notch! The car was in line for some dent repair from a recent hail storm. The sales staff (specifically T Tisdon) worked very hard to gain access to the vehicle so that we could see it and test drive it. We ended up taking delivery of the car that day and could not be happier with how flawless and quick the entire process went. The entire staff at Mini of Loveland was so friendly and helpful. We have purchased two cars from this dealership in the last year and they will be at the top of our list should we need another one anytime soon. More

My husband and I went to the Loveland MINI dealership with the intention of window shopping to get ideas, but ended up falling in love with a model on My husband and I went to the Loveland MINI dealership with the intention of window shopping to get ideas, but ended up falling in love with a model on the showroom floor and left with it just a couple of hours later. This was due in large part to having the coolest car sales guy I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend working with Shawn Eppel! He was incredibly honest about the models and listened to our needs to help us find the best fit. He said many times that he didn’t have to be pushy because the mini sells itself, which it did, but he also sold us on the brand by letting us explore options and didn’t immediately lead us to the expensive ones, often showing us older models and less expensive options. In this way he was more of a guide than someone making a sale. He has a long and storied career in the automotive industry, which makes him very knowledgeable and trustworthy. His casual and personable nature are the real standouts, he was just so enjoyable to chat with! He and his team made it possible to not only walk out with the dream car, but also gave us a deal and worked with us on the financing paperwork timeline that was incredibly generous. I still can’t believe we went to Loveland to look around and walked away having purchased a car a few hours later! Besides the fact that the car we chose is pure magic, a huge reason we bought so quickly is because Shawn and his team are incredible at what they do and make it SCARY EASY and comfortable to drive away with a car!
