Terrible I have never had such a bad experience so disappointed. I took my car in and they kept it over a month never gave me any option but to fix it but they I have never had such a bad experience so disappointed. I took my car in and they kept it over a month never gave me any option but to fix it but they couldn’t even fix it. Finally went it and tried to get options because I was without a vehicle. Sales helped until service the day of me signing the rest of my paperwork, decided to spring a huge bill but also the amount changed everytime they said it. I tried to work it out because the sales rep Jordan took a deposit for the new mini and I signed some of the papers. Jordan was and still is great. But Dave, the GM in sales, and Ben, and Jody in service are not helpful and service argued with me and kept telling me I needed to pay. But don’t worry I went to schomp and they paid my service bill AND gave me more trade in value for my old car and got me in my new beautiful mini the next day of talking to them. More

Dishonest I came in to purchase a used Mini and was told a number of lies by my salesman Shawn. According to Shawn the car was a “1 owner” and had been purchas I came in to purchase a used Mini and was told a number of lies by my salesman Shawn. According to Shawn the car was a “1 owner” and had been purchased there new and was always serviced there as well. When I got the car fax it showed I was the 3rd owner (4th if you count the dealer buying it), it came here from another state. I was told a number of issues with the car had been fixed by them but when I requested the service record he didn’t have it. I later got an “estimate of services “ but nothing showing work had actually been done. I offered $400 less than the asking price and he looked irritated and said no but he would check. He walked around with the paperwork, going to the service window and eventually came back to tell me no, the price was firm. He never showed my offer to anyone! The finance manager was splitting his duties between Mini dealership and COs BMW as they were short an employee. This was a cash transaction but I was made to wait there all day long. I was never offered a drink of water or anything all day. When I finally got my car it was dirty! They wouldn’t even bother to detail it for me as all dealerships I’ve ever purchased a vehicle, new or used, it’s always delivered clean. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We live in southeast Denver, roughly an hour and half from Loveland. We had certain wants/needs and Loveland had the vehicle that fit. I let CJ know we would not make it in until roughly 5:30-6 (they close at 7 and he was scheduled to be off that day at 5). He said "no problem, i'll have the car waiting". CJ was true to his word...he was there and car waiting. We did a quick test drive and got to work on numbers. CJ, and staff, stayed after hours to accommodate us, and made us feel like it was business as usual. While Gene introduced us to our new Mini, CJ did his homework and found us a corporate discount. Mini of Loveland I was in the market for a new car and stopped in at Mini of Loveland on a whim. They were happy to let me ask some questions and take a test drive of a Cooper Hardtop, and when I came back with a build sheet and a trade in, they were very easy to work with. I ordered a new Cooper Hardtop from the factory and was able to drive my trade in while it was being built and shipped to the US. They sold it to me for a great price, paid a fair amount for my trade-in, and even contacted me when their financing rates dropped so I got a better loan! More
