We live in southeast Denver, roughly an hour and half from Loveland. We had certain wants/needs and Loveland had the vehicle that fit. I let CJ know we would not make it in until roughly 5:30-6 (they close at 7 and he was scheduled to be off that day at 5). He said "no problem, i'll have the car waiting". CJ was true to his word...he was there and car waiting. We did a quick test drive and got to work on numbers. CJ, and staff, stayed after hours to accommodate us, and made us feel like it was business as usual. While Gene introduced us to our new Mini, CJ did his homework and found us a corporate discount. They were happy to let me ask some questions and take a test drive of a Cooper Hardtop, and when I came back with a build sheet and a trade in, they were very easy to work with. I ordered a new Cooper Hardtop from the factory and was able to drive my trade in while it was being built and shipped to the US. They sold it to me for a great price, paid a fair amount for my trade-in, and even contacted me when their financing rates dropped so I got a better loan! More
