He even went out of his way to send me videos of the car and gave me details about some of the blemishes and flaws. I ended up purchasing the car and having it transported all the way to Misssissippi. I was initially concerned about buying a car from so far away, but the staff made my car buying experience very stress-free and quite enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle! More

Austin is down to earth and a great person to talk to. I felt like he wanted to help me and not just give me a car. If you’re looking for a car, ask for Austin. I have always liked Mini of Loveland. Before I moved closer, I used to drive up from Southern Colorado (2hrs) because they are hands down the best Mini Dealership in Colorado. Kyle in service is honest and will not steer you wrong. Givi Maisuradze, the salesman, promised frequent communication, and they would address any concerns, but did not returned calls or emails for weeks or sometimes, not AT ALL. The brakes squeaked badly and there was another noise. I brought it back for service. TWICE. First, they all said squeaks are due to moisture. Second time they said it has a few months of brakes left. What? It is actually because there is minimal brake pads left. Jorden Miller, the service manager and Givi kept putting me off. Squeaks and rust, brakes are wasted. I asked them to replace the brakes, they would not. They dismissed me. They sent 4 managers to meet with me (5' female), obviously trying to intimidate me. I am exposing the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
