She went above for me, getting me info I needed, financing and all proper documents in place. She went over in detail the car of my interests, sending videos and pictures. Her and John had everything in order on my arrival to pick up car. I was at the dealership less than 45 min. Only issue, I wish I lived closer to this dealership, I will get every mini moving forward from them. More

Easiest/best dealership I ever worked with Great Experience! I was next door at the Volvo dealer and didn't like the dealership. I left and started past the Mini Dealship and stopped in. Suditi made it so easy that I bought the car in 30 minutes! I was assisted all the way through the process to the very end by Suditi Bala-Chin and John. I would not only recommend this dealership and Suditi to anyone interested in a MINI Cooper but would recommend (even if you have not decided yet) to check them and their cars out. Suditi is extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic. I was very comfortable from start to finish and never felt rushed into making any decisions. GREAT JOB TEAM! More

Excellent Experience I had a great experience at Mini of Dutchess. Prior to going to the dealer, our salesperson, Michael Kusmuk, worked with me via email to find out what I had a great experience at Mini of Dutchess. Prior to going to the dealer, our salesperson, Michael Kusmuk, worked with me via email to find out what I was interested in. This was helpful so I could keep things moving. When we arrived at the dealer, he had the models we were interested in lined up and ready to go. It was quick, easy, and he answered all my questions. He checked in with me and offered to help throughout the weekend as I finalized everything on my end. Everyone at the dealer was great and the experience overall was significantly better than any other time I’ve purchased a car. We couldn’t be happier with our Countryman! I always felt that I was getting the shaft and never getting a great deal. Prestige Mini of Dutchess County is a great dealership. There is no BS. They work with you to the best of their ability. I feel I received a fair deal and I love my new mini. Christina is an honest car saleswomen. I didn’t think they existed!! If she didn’t know the answer, she made sure to find out.
