My experiences with them have almost universally been bad. They treat you like an idiot, attempting to scam you with tired old sales techniques. It's insulting to one's intelligence. The Mini of Dutchess people were refreshingly different. Sales Manager Mike Tornatore and advisor Spiro Bogris were great. First, they were a little older and more mature and acted like it. Maybe I'm getting too old and cranky, but I don't like the thought of negotiating one of life's major purchases with some pimply-faced, spike-haired kid barely out of high school. More importantly, they treated me with respect. No hard sell. No B.S. Just talked turkey about the car and cut an honest deal. And I was only buying a USED vehicle from them. They ranked right up there with the one other favorable dealer experience I've had and that was in buying a high-end car from BMW. Good people, positive treatment, a fair deal. What more can you ask? More
