Best car buying experience I've had yet. I found a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST online and sent an inquiry. They got back to me to set up an appointment almost immediately. When I showed up for my appointment I was greeted warmly and introduced to my salesman Todd. The car was clean, fueled, and ready for a test drive. Todd took me on a great route that allowed me to experience all of the characteristics of the car. While discussing price and financing options I didn't feel pressured at all. They were willing to work with me to get to a price I was comfortable paying and they even stayed late on a Saturday with me to finish up some paperwork. A couple of days later I was picking up my car. It was sleeting when I picked it up but they had it indoors and immaculately clean for me when I got there. The car was serviced and ready to go. It's been wonderful. Todd followed up with me just to check in and see how I was liking it and to thank me. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership. Friendly people, low pressure, fair pricing, beautiful showroom. It's really been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I waited a long time to buy a new car and I am glad I decided to do it here. More

Having made the 2 hour drive from Albany we are pleased to say that the dealership stayed true to the agreed upon arrangement, and the entire buying experience was a pleasure.
