Christina immediately met us at the door and inquired if we had ever been to the dealership before. She gave us a quick tour and then grabbed the keys to the car we were interested in. At no time did I feel pressured and she worked hard to get the deal done. When I picked the car up the following night I found her double checking the car to make sure it was just perfect, even thou it was a used car she knew it was brand new to me. She then texted me the following day just to follow up. I love my new Countryman and plan on keeping it for a few years but when I am ready for an upgrade I know exactly where I am headed. It was very inviting and exciting to be in- there's currently a R53 GP waiting for its new owner front and center. Next Christina is awesome. I explained to her what my plan was and she listened to all of my concerns. At no point did I feel pressured into buying a car from them and that's exactly why I wanted to. She kept excellent contact through the entire process. I'm loving my clubman and am i no rush to upgrade to the JCW but I know exactly where i'm going when the time is right. What you need to take away from my experience: GO SEE CHRISTINA AND LET HER FIND YOU THE MINI YOU WANT! More

I've bought or leased Oldsmobiles, MGBs, Opels, Chevrolets, Pontiacs, Saabs, Audis, Volvos, BMWs, Jeeps, GMCs, Subarus, Mitsubishi, and now, my first MINI Cooper: a 2020 Countryman S ALL4 with Signature Trim from this dealer. In all that time, I have NEVER had a better buting/leasing experience than I did here. Last week, I inquired about the car in their inventory, made the deal over the phone in 10 minutes with manager Rich Cerbini on a Friday midday and then picked up the car on Saturday afternoon, when salesperson Christina Mahoney did a great delivery (unlike all too many salespeople, she knows well the cars she sells) and helped us get on our way.
