Customer Service I have a 2003 Mini Cooper with 149,850 miles on it and I love it....... I realized that the car had a recall on the car I spoke with Mr.Turner and I have a 2003 Mini Cooper with 149,850 miles on it and I love it....... I realized that the car had a recall on the car I spoke with Mr.Turner and Mr.Fotos and they immediately sent a flat bed to my house to pick up the car and took care of the recall immediately and kept me informed during the whole process and when the car was done they washed it and vacuumed and it looks like new! Than when the car was all done they had the car flat bedded back to my house............ Talk about customer service I've told everyone I know about my experience with Mini of Dutchess. Great dealership with a friendly, knowledgeable staff I made the trip to Mini of Dutchess County after finding a certified pre-owned car I on their website in which I had interest. I called and spoke wit I made the trip to Mini of Dutchess County after finding a certified pre-owned car I on their website in which I had interest. I called and spoke with Perry on a Friday afternoon to make sure the car was still available and on the lot. Saturday morning I arrived and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who put me in touch with Perry right away. We took a test drive and talked a bit of business. The dealership was pretty busy and Perry was upfront about his other standing appointments for the day, but he never failed to check in with me and make sure the paperwork was moving right along. After completing the deal, Perry took the time to make sure I was familiar with all the features in my car and was accommodating in every way. I found him to be very personable as well. It was also impressive to watch him hustle back and forth all day as he tended to his various customers on such a busy day. I would recommend to anyone seeking a good experience at this dealership to seek out Perry as their "motoring advisor". Lance was also fun to work with as we closed business. He gave me clear options with regard to additional coverages and protections. His arguments for these packages were reasonable and sensible and never felt like the "hard sell" or coercive in any way. He was also funny and personable. More
