Our new Sales Consultant John Fles whom not only has an inviting & warm smile, a great sense of humor & a candid personality.. he is eager to help & aims to please. John’s expeditious response in returning texts or calls is quite impressive. He is so personable that you almost forget he’s selling you are car (not pushy in the slightest). He states the facts & walks you through every step of the way. I’ve already recommended John to my Sister, my Brother-in-law & Niece (whom all have a Mini from there too) for the next time they want to Purchase (new/used) or Lease again. Then there’s Rich Cerbini the Sales Manager was very friendly & helpful as well by working w/ us to meet our specific needs. Also Michael Perry the General Manager was also amazing to work with. He also exhibits the same qualities as the rest of the team. Can’t forget to mention Geovanni Espinal the Parts Manager (that earned/worked his way up to this position -congrats & well deserved) greeted us the second we walked in & even remembered our name (I haven’t seen him in about 2-3 years). He helped my husband out a lot w/ his Mini Cooper in the past. Lastly Kevin Layton the Service Advisor that I’ve dealt prior to my recent visit is also a very nice guy to deal with. P.s. Exceeds Expectations I’d been searching for a smaller AWD/4WD vehicle since August, and pretty much hit all the dealers on Rte 9. Fast forward to January and my last day of car shopping: I had pretty much psyched myself up to purchase a different vehicle, and found myself extremely disappointed after my test drive. On our way home we passed Mini of Dutchess, and reluctantly pulled in at my husband’s insistance. Within minutes I was greeted by friendly staff and paired with Jaqueline as our motoring advisor. I told her what must have options I was looking for in a vehicle and my budget. Little did I know that the car I’ve been seeking for months was about to be pulled up, a 2017 Mini Countryman All4. If you’ve never driven a Mini, or have a preconceived idea of what this car is, I implore you to keep an open mind and just test drive it. It’s peppy, it’s sporty, it’s practical, it’s roomier than you think, it’s well designed, it’s high tech, it’s fuel efficient, it’s safe- It’s all of that AND it’s fun! It’s the one car that easily checks every box! And if that isn’t enough, the dealership is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of Mini culture to explore while waiting. Jacqueline Kosack was zero pressure and listened well to my wishlist.
