When I went to pick up everyone at the dealership was super nice, no high pressure, everyone thanked us for choosing them and treated us friendly, professionally and like they appreciated our business. We had a few minor post-delivery issues on the car that popped up with the infotainment. They went out of their way to correct all the issues and gave me a loaner car in the mean time. They were both so incredibly understanding and helpful an made a stressful, unpleasant experience into something positive. They did not treat me like "just another person to sell a car to," but really cared about my needs and finding the absolute best car and best deal for me. I was amazed by their attention and thoughtfulness. Kevin worked with me to get a Loaner Mini for a few weeks and he was kind and funny and honest, again, making a bad experience something so good. Chris dealt with all the paperwork of the actual purchase and worked so hard to get me absolutely the best deal. I left feeling so happy and satisfied with my car, the deal I got and the entire experience. I will not only sing the praises of Mini of Dutchess County to whomever will listen, but I will drive the 20 minutes to use them for oil changes and other service because I know how professional and kind they are.
