The stupendous Suditi Suditi had everything ready for my arrival - the cars we had discussed test driving. She was highly knowledgeable about the product and showed me the Suditi had everything ready for my arrival - the cars we had discussed test driving. She was highly knowledgeable about the product and showed me the best-value lease opportunities. I spent a lot of time there Saturday and they never seemed rushed, or in a hurry to move me out for the next customer. Ultimately, I loved the 4-door S in white silver but it does not have AWD, so that led to the Countryman S I eventually leased, which I am loving - such luxury to have room and still hug those corners! As I will be moving to the Hudson Valley full time during the lease period, I didn't want to push my luck and opted for AWD. No one there pressured me to buy additional stuff, and all were respectful of my time and my growing nervousness about leaving my dogs cooped up for what ended up being 7 hours! Thanks Suditi! I would not recommend this service department In my opinion this dealership has a terrible service department. They don't stand by their work. As they broke more than they fixed, the lack of pr In my opinion this dealership has a terrible service department. They don't stand by their work. As they broke more than they fixed, the lack of pride in their work and adequate supervision is apparent. After waiting for a full diagnostic, I was guaranteed by the service manager and the mechanic they knew exactly what the problem was and would guarantee the work. After 6 months of telling me a different story many times, The head was replaced an I got the car back. I called back the service manager three times after taking the car home because it was leaking oil. The service manager never called me back. Two independent Auto shops confirmed the car was not put together properly. Apparently, the engine was removed to work on it and the thermostat gasket, coolant pipe, and oil filter gasket were damaged on reassembly resulting in oil and Coolant leaking. Most of the bolts, clips and wire fasteners were left off or loose. More
