READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK!! My problem was w the finance manager.. We discuseed several times the extended warranties they had to offer & EVERY TIME HE ASKED ME ABOUT THEM, I TOL My problem was w the finance manager.. We discuseed several times the extended warranties they had to offer & EVERY TIME HE ASKED ME ABOUT THEM, I TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT WANT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. I have NEVER taken my car back to the dealership to get serviced so I had no use for an extended warranty. Like I said, We discussed this several times & my qnswer was ALWAYS NO.. I know I shouldve read thru my paperwork but w the number of times we discussed me not wanting an extended warranty, I did not think he would actully put one in my loan for me to sign. It wasnt until i got home that I realized what he had done. I had to make another trip up to the dealership & I was there 4hrs 2 dzys before buying the vehicle & he did cancel the warranty but had i not noticed, i wouldve paid $1396.00 for that warranty. I trade my vehicles in every 3 yrs & this was my 3rd equinox that i have bought from them.. BUT AFTER THIS, IT WILL BE MY LAST!! More

This is her ONLY mode of transportation to go to Bojangles in the mornings, to her dentist, hairdresser, etc. I talked her into buying this brand new 2016 Chevy Cruze LTZ from Milton Rueben, and Catharine, who is no longer there, treated my mom with great respect. With 47000 miles on it I told her it wasn't in warranty anymore, and she said that was alright, that she would pay whatever it cost to fix it. The Service guy said that I would need to get an appointment, which I thought might be in the next couple of days no problem. Then when I inquired about it, the earliest was the 15th of March. I bought my personal Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax here and never had a problem, but needless to say, we are very disappointed with Milton Rueben Chevrolet's Service Dept., and will never purchase another vehicle from them again. More
Never going back We purchased 3 vehicles through them and we will never go back. We traded in a 2017 Wrangler for a 2011 Subaru. I knew something didn’t seem right but We purchased 3 vehicles through them and we will never go back. We traded in a 2017 Wrangler for a 2011 Subaru. I knew something didn’t seem right but didn’t trust my gut. We know nothing about cars so we have to trust what people say unfortunately. Within a day of purchasing the Subaru it refused to crank. First the maintenance dept said we’d have to wait 3+ days to come in. After our sales guy got us in the next day (I’d already replaced the battery just to get home because it had the factory battery still installed) we asked for a top to bottom inspection again. We were given a laundry list of problems including absolutely no coolant in it, bad linkages, oil leaks, etc. All of which they can’t fix because they don’t have “Subaru” mechanics. We take it home to assess how we’re going to pay to fix it all. When we call back a manager claims she doesn’t know who inspected it but they don’t know what they’re talking about somehow. Our car passed the used car inspection, there’s nothing to fix, and blows us off. At this point I take it to A Subaru dealership here and let them inspect it for the issues MR gave. We have no coolant leak, it was just empty, as proven with their tests. All other issues stand but aren’t immediate fixes. Now I’m done with Milton Ruben and take it back to Subaru 3 months later for an oil change, well we have 4 nice completely dry rotting tires. It’s just one thing after another you’d think they’d avoid with selling a reliable used vehicle. I know it’s our job to look over a car but as complete idiots we wouldn’t know what we’re looking at anyway. I can’t describe how disappointed I am after all this. Service dept is a joke and can’t say sales is much better. Stay away unless a qualified mechanic can go with you! More

Everything was awesome My salesman Ben Ivey did what he had todo to make sure I was happy. I will be sending him a lot of customers.
