He was not too pushy, answered all of my questions, and met my requests. He new I needed to get to work, so he sped the process up, and got me setup in a timely manner. Nothing felt too rushed though. I believe Chris is the finance employee who worked with me. He spoke very calmly, and made sure I understood everything about the agreement. He worked with me to get all the numbers around where I wanted them, and explained everything I was confused on. He was very nice and patient. Edgar even filled my gas tank for me. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. I'm loving my new RAV4! More
