My vehicle was evaluated while I sat in a comfortable air conditioned waiting room with a cold Coke given to me by an employee. When it was learned that it would take four to five hours to repair, I was given a loaner vehicle to drive home and back the next day to pick up my repaired vehicle. That is what I call five star service. More

Had to wait in line for a bit until the area was clear to drive my car up and someone behind dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. Excellent! Air conditioner not blowing cold air... it's 100+ degrees outside. I assume the worst... that the A/C is dead and it's going to cost $$$. Service department was honest about the problem and didn't fake sell something that wasn't broken. Bought my Honda CRV from MMH in 2009. Never have taken it for service anywhere else. I get Acura service for my little CRV. More

It is nice to encounter friendly, helpful people. I had called and made an appointment for 10:00 for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection for my CRV. I arrived 1/2 hour early but was greeted cordially and told my car would be ready soon. By 10:00 I was back on the road! I never expected to be finished so quickly.
