Great Service Shift lever button popped off. Was able to get there just prior to closing and left the car to be repaired. Got a call from Tot early the next day th Shift lever button popped off. Although it was a long wait, everyone in the dealership was exceptionally attentive to m I took my 2003 Civic in for repairs and 100,000 mile service. Although it was a long wait, everyone in the dealership was exceptionally attentive to me, even offering to share their buffet lunch - so I did gladly partake. Matt was exceptional helping me use a few coupons I brought along to help lower the cost. Since I am a senior, this was very important to me.
