I had oil, filter, and rotation of tires. Oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment I felt like alignment was pulling to right and took it back to dealership. Shannon was great. We bought our 2012 Odesey Van new at Milton Martin. It has never run as good as our 2006 van. There have been several attempts to find the problem, but no success. Shannon ask many questions to try to determine the source of the problem. The light bulb went off and he said "you know it might be" and he was correct. What ever he did corrected the problem. It finally runs great. Many thanks to Shannon and his team. More
