When it was learned that it would take four to five hours to repair, I was given a loaner vehicle to drive home and back the next day to pick up my repaired vehicle. Excellent! Air conditioner not blowing cold air... it's 100+ degrees outside. I assume the worst... that the A/C is dead and it's going to cost $$$. It is nice to encounter friendly, helpful people. I had called and made an appointment for 10:00 for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection for my CRV.
