I truly feel that Milton Martin is the place for me and when my current vehicle takes me to over 300,000 miles (that's my goal), I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from here. I hate coming to this dealership and only come when there is a safety recall, yet I faced with hundreds of dollars of charges to fix issues with our cars ( wear and tear). I dread the visit and I am ready to ignore these safety recalls. I feel like Milton Martin uses these as hook to fleece more money out of customers. I wonder if the recalls that come in to get corrected are even real or just a device that the dealership uses in partnership with Honda to boost revenue in the service department because of the high costs they charge More

missed diagnosis while I've had satisfactory experiences at Milton Martin Honda in the past, I have noticed a troubled trend in that their Service Advisors suggest rep while I've had satisfactory experiences at Milton Martin Honda in the past, I have noticed a troubled trend in that their Service Advisors suggest repairs that not only unnecessary, but completely unwarranted. I had my wife take my Ridgeline for a routine oil change, and they suggested a timing belt replacement, which I had done at Milton Martin on schedule and it's nowhere near due. They told her they had no record of its replacement. Either they keep terrible service history records, or they are trying to pile on repairs well before needed. Regardless, I will be changed my service provider as a result. When an auto shop puts profits before customer confidence, it's time to go. More
