Variety of Appointment Availability, Speedy Service I was able to schedule the service pretty last minute, which you aren't able to do at most dealerships. On top of that, the wait once I arrived wasn't I was able to schedule the service pretty last minute, which you aren't able to do at most dealerships. On top of that, the wait once I arrived wasn't that long at all. I've waited two or more hours before at a dealership while they were changing my oil. Even though they weren't super busy on the Saturday morning that I came, they were done with my car in maybe 45 minutes (and that included the multi-point inspection as well as a car wash). The quiet seating area is surprisingly super quiet and comfortable, and they had plenty of fairly priced snacks available for purchase along with free coffee and hot chocolate. Usually I'm a pretty cold person but it was actually pretty comfortably warm on the chilly morning I came in their waiting area, which was a pleasant surprise and made the wait much more comfortable. Their Wi-Fi is pretty fast as well, which compensates for the lack of signal that I had with Verizon in their quiet waiting room. More

Work completed and on time Had to drop the CRV off again for the remainder of the work that needed to be done. Sent my son in for a oil change, Sent my son in for a oil change , received a phone call shortly there after it was my son saying that the service writer told him that the oil plug wa Sent my son in for a oil change , received a phone call shortly there after it was my son saying that the service writer told him that the oil plug was to tight and that it could possibly strip out the threads on the oil pan , and if that happened it would cost ME 300 + dollars to repair !!!!! .. I ask to speak with service writer and when on phone i explained to him that the car had always been serviced there ! and if the plug was to tight he would need to find tech that last worked on car , but before i could finish he had pulled up the service records and found the car history and told me now he was pretty sure everything was going to be alright !!! Well i will let you draw your own conclusions on that one !! . I have dealt with Milton martin Honda for a long time and bought several cars there and have never had such a instance .
