Great service department!! I have always been treated well at the service department. Tot has taken care of my vehicle since I've purchased it. The only thing I would suggest don't call the customer the day of service about a sales pitch. If the customer is interested they will ask for information during service visit. I was asked if I was going to show up for my service on time and proceeded to go into a sales pitch. It was not appreciated. Great service will keep the customer coming back. More

60000 mi service The service dept always seems very well organized & runs smooth Graham Edwards was my advisor & knew what I was there for and got things going quickl The service dept always seems very well organized & runs smooth Graham Edwards was my advisor & knew what I was there for and got things going quickly . He also advised me of the time frame I was looking at for the work being done so all of that was great . One thing I have a concern with is the new parts are used but never asked if I want to see the old ones ?? Like the air filters for engine & cabin ? I don't know if this is your policy or not just seems like I have been asked @ other places when things like this were replaced ? One other concern to me is the cost of labor there is nothing on the invoice for the labor rate ?? I know I was there no more than 2 1/2 hrs but I don't know if one person did all the work or not but invoice shows tech E92 for both items listed on the invoice ? The labor total is $282.50 that seems excessive to me for the amount of time it took for the work to be completed & car washed etc ?? More
