Since I bought my car I have visited this service center three times. Oil change, recall, and oil change and recall. Thanks to Chad Watson, I was able to combine the last oil change with a recall. As with my other visits and two other agents, Chad welcomed me, explained what would be done, approximate time element and directed me to the lounge waiting area. After a much shorter time than expected, he came to get me. He explained what had been done and went over the inspection points done at each visit.
