I like to think I’ve been good for them and they’ve been good for me. This particular service went extremely well. A young man, Josh Lovin, is the Service Adv. who assisted me. He was polite, thorough, professional, and answered a few questions for me. From his customer’s perspective, he exceeded my expectations. I’ll rate Josh Lovin 5 ⭐️. I don’t recall meeting Graham Edward’s but if he is over the Service Dept. his Service techs are a reflection of him (5 ⭐️). More

Since I bought my car I have visited this service center three times. Oil change, recall, and oil change and recall. Thanks to Chad Watson, I was able to combine the last oil change with a recall. As with my other visits and two other agents, Chad welcomed me, explained what would be done, approximate time element and directed me to the lounge waiting area. After a much shorter time than expected, he came to get me. He explained what had been done and went over the inspection points done at each visit. Every one that I have come into contact with has been courteous, kind, and welcoming. More
