My niece suggested Martin Honda. I started on the internet. That started a two-day process. We met Brandon and discussed what we wanted, and it was not available. Brandon spoke with leadership and said we may have what you want. I went into "Oh yeah" mode. He returned quickly with "the" car, and it could be ours in about 2 hours. BUT I had appointments I had to leave. Then I see something which made me relax and realize I was dealing with good people. I threw a big obstacle in the process. And it was met with a great display of Sales, Service, and Finance teamwork which was one heck of a display of Customer Service. I met my afternoon appt and was out in 45 minutes the next morning. And the price just makes it sweeter. More
