It is nice to encounter friendly, helpful people. I had called and made an appointment for 10:00 for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection for my CRV. Wonderful I was greeted very nicely immediately when I pulled in. I didn't have an appointment, and it wasn't a problem. When I went to pick it up, it had been washed and looked brand new. He went over everything with me very thoroughly. More
